How do I apply for a job?

How do I access my payroll, time reporting and employment information?

As a Queen Associates employee, you can access your payroll, time reporting and employment information through Q:trac. Your timesheet should be entered weekly every Friday by 5:00 pm EST to ensure timely payroll processing.

How do I access my paystubs, W2 statements or make changes to my HR documents?

Queen Associates employees can access pay stubs, W2 statements and make changes to pertinent HR data via the login page on the ADP website.

What is your referral program?

We have created a program to encourage and reward referrals from our candidates, employees and strategic partners. If a candidate is referred and hired for consultant opportunities that are at least four (4) months in length, then Queen Associates will pay a fee of $500.00. This referral bonus is payable 45 days after the candidate’s start date. If a candidate is referred and hired by a Queen Associates’ client for a permanent, full-time opportunity, then Queen Associates will pay a fee up to $1,000.00. This referral bonus is payable 90 days after the candidate’s start date. Please direct your referrals to one of our technical recruiters at recruiting@nullqueenassociates.com or call 704.331.0003. Only one referral fee is paid per candidate. The referred person must not already be in our database, must be available for new positions and have a current resume.
