Renee Davies is the Managing Director at Queen Associates, Inc. where she manages sales and recruiting. Renee has over 14 years of experience managing relationships in the Information Technology field. She is results-driven with a record of success developing and directing individual and team initiatives in a highly competitive technology market. 

Prior to joining Queen Associates, Renee successfully worked for a national company in which she opened the Charlotte IT branch as the managing partner. She has held many roles in the industry from recruiting, Business Development and National Sales Management, which have all contributed to a solid successful foundation of industry knowledge.  Renee has consistently been a leader in both production and associate development earning multiple awards for her sales and leadership.  Her passion around customer service and ability to grow strong partnerships has made her an industry leader.  Renee is very active in the community and is currently a member of the NCTA WISE steering committee.

Renee earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she was a scholar athlete. She is a native of Atkinson, NH and lives in Cornelius, NC with her husband, Jay, and her sons, Jameson, Aedan and Brennan.
